Refund policy

The branded perfumes are sold as rejects/parallel imports. The perfumes should in no way be compared to the perfumes in the retail stores as the perfumes already had a shelf life and/or might have minor defects like spritzers not working, damaged packaging, wrong packaging or in some cases the perfumes itself.  Perfumes are sealed in original packaging and cannot be quality checked before shipping.

Customers must be able to use the perfume otherwise the product will be exchanged or refunded.  Refunds will be done immediately once the product has been returned and inspected.  The return of the product will be for the customer's own account.  

Replacement of the perfumes might have a turn around time of 5-7 working days.
